RDX for Better Extrusion

The Castool RDX System is an innovative process designed to assist the operator in improving productivity by making best use of the knowledge gained during Visual Optimization. It is in fact a logical extension of the Visual Optimizing process. Once a number of functions in the extrusion procedure have been digitized and a production formula prepared for dies, it is then possible to use RDX, a robotic system which expedites the scheduling and heating of the die from the time of its arrival from the die shop until its installation on the press.
