Castool Tooling Systems is pleased to be among the first in our industry to transition to the new high-level international standards ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system and achieve the much-anticipated international standard for occupational health and safety ISO 45001:2018 which was published March 2018 allowing us to continue operating safely globally.
Castool Tooling Systems including Heat Treat, Castool 180 and Castool 90 are fully certified by Intertek Systems Certification
Castool Metallurgical Laboratory (CML), Uxbridge, Ontario, is officially ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited by A2LA (Certificate No. 7557.01) for metallurgical and mechanical testing. This accreditation confirms technical competence, traceable results, and a robust quality management system, reinforcing Castool’s leadership in tooling and material testing.
